Two videos demonstrating some of the things that Guelph Running has in the works. We're fortunate to be able to occasionally train with the Speed River crew, but more importantly to be exposed to a sporting culture of excellence which spans community involvement to high performance. A great model, which could be replicated elsewhere (maybe everywhere?). Definitely worth a look:
